In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find further explanations under sections 3 and 4 of this data protection declaration.
b) When using our contact form
Contact form data
You can contact us via a general contact form provided on the website (under the tab "Contact"). A valid email address is always required so that we know who the inquiry is from and can answer it. You also have to select the area of our services for which you need information, so that your message automatically reaches the right hands with us. Further details can be provided voluntarily. If necessary, you can also upload files related to your inquiry. To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, the transmission process in our contact forms is encrypted using TLS technology (Transport Layer Security).
The data processing when using our contact form is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. If the inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. The purpose of data processing is to answer your inquiries.
The personal data provided by you when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after your inquiry has been processed or, in the event of the conclusion of a business relationship, stored for further processing if necessary. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Use of reCAPTCHA
When sending your inquiry, we use the reCAPTCHA function from Google (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to ensure that the inquiry is not made by means of mechanical, automated processing, but by a natural person. This is to exclude misuse of our inquiry form.
As part of the use of reCAPTCHA, your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the provision of the service are transferred to a Google server in the USA and processed there. The legal basis for the data processing associated with the use of reCAPTCHA is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in determining the individual willfulness of actions on the Internet and in preventing misuse and spam.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, which means that they cannot be linked to individuals. If data collected about you is personally identifiable, this is immediately excluded, and the personal data is deleted immediately. For exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield,

Integration of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps service from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website, making it easier for you to find and reach us. The processing of your personal data described below is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in providing an attractive website for users and ultimately promoting our business interests.
Just by visiting the subpages where Google Maps is integrated, information about your use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish this assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before calling up the subpage with Google Maps integrated. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or designing its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework, thereby ensuring compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google Maps, please refer to Google's privacy policies. There you will also find further information about your rights and options for protecting your privacy:
http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
Data Deletion and Storage Duration
We will delete your personal data as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply or you revoke your previously given consent to storage and there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion. If your data is not deleted because it is required for other purposes that are legally permissible, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes, for example, if they need to be retained for commercial or tax law reasons.
