No, car windows generally do not need to be removed for the professional application of tint film. Our own installation team applies the film directly to the installed glass – cleanly and precisely. In rare exceptional cases, removal may be necessary.

The tint film is applied wet using a special water film solution – bubble-free wet adhesion by our experienced advertising technicians. After precise cutting, the film is positioned with millimetre accuracy and fixed with clean edge processing.

Yes, the use of the water film solution can make the vehicle interior slightly damp. This is normal for wet adhesion. However, the water dries completely and without residue from the upholstery – without causing damage.

Since it is practically impossible to keep a vehicle completely dust-free, isolated dust particles may be enclosed despite the greatest care.

Complaint: A complaint is only justified if the dust particles are visible to the naked eye from a distance of more than 2 metres.

For windows that are fixed in a rubber seal, a narrow strip of 2–3 mm to the window edge remains for technical reasons – this is the case with all vehicles and does not constitute a defect.

At these points, the window is slightly uneven, which is why the film cannot lie completely flat. When dry, a light edge may become visible as a result. This is technically determined and does not constitute a defect.

In very rare cases, a temporary failure of electronic systems may occur. The provider assumes no liability in such cases. Detailed information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Waiting period: Please wait at least 14 days before cleaning the windows – the film needs this time to fully cure.

Cleaning: Do not use ammonia-containing cleaning agents under any circumstances. We recommend a soft cloth and a slightly dampened synthetic sponge.

Important: Avoid contact with pointed, sharp or abrasive objects on the filmed surface.

The tint film needs at least 2–3 weeks to deliver an optimal result. During this time, the remaining moisture under the film evaporates completely. The colder the environment, the longer this process takes.

After 14 days, the windows may be rolled down again.

Important: In the first two weeks after tinting, the windows must remain closed, otherwise the film may shift or crease at the edges – the adhesive bond is not yet fully cured during this time.

Our tint film is based on carbon-containing material, which ensures optimal heat reduction and longevity. The UV-resistant film offers effective sun protection and noticeably reduces the heating of the interior – proven with clients from Hamburg, Hanover and the entire northern German region.

Yes, we grant a warranty of 2 years on the tint film and professional application for all our clients in Hamburg, Hanover and all of Schleswig-Holstein. Personally managed from consultation to installation.

In extreme heat, temporary bubbles may appear in the first 3 weeks. This is normal and disappears once the water under the film has completely dried.

We recommend being particularly careful during this phase and not touching the film – the drying process runs by itself.

Tinting a vehicle with 7 windows usually takes us about 3–4 hours. Our own installation team works quickly and precisely – appointments are possible in our workshop in Norderstedt as well as mobile at your business location in Hamburg, Hanover and all of Schleswig-Holstein.
